My room was comfortable, it is a budget motel and I thought that it was value for money and the location was ideal for my stay. I normally stay at the Best Western down the road, however for the price and ease to get off the M5 when returning to the motel is enough for me to stay here next trip. The lady on the front desk was awesome, nothing was to much trouble for her, she answered questions, told me about the communal area and the best way to exit the motel. Just small stuff, but leaves a lasting impression.

I loved that the beds were very comfortable although the blankets were very thin. The wifi didn’t work which was a major let down especially when ur travelling and all u want to do is lay down relax and watch some movies. But the staff were nice but on ground level a really bad smell coming from there not sure what that is lucky I was on leave 3 but over all the rooms were comfortable and great for the price.

Location was perfect for what we needed to do whilst in Sydney Customer service was great. The staff were friendly, inviting approachable and helpful The room was just what we needed with comfy beds. The breakfast was a great start, especially if you love pancakes. Will be using this motel regularly when visiting Sydney. 😁
